Most of our epoxy resins are dry to the touch within 24 hours, but we recommend waiting a full 72 hours for a complete cure to ensure maximum hardness and durability.
What is the recommended mixing ratio for your products?
Our Table Top and Deep Pour resins typically use a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio by volume. Always check the specific instructions on your bottle as ratios vary by product type.
Can I use Promise Epoxy on outdoor furniture?
While our epoxy contains UV inhibitors to resist yellowing, long-term direct exposure to sunlight is not recommended. It is best used for indoor applications or items kept in shaded outdoor areas.
What is your return policy for opened bottles?
For safety and quality control reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed containers within 30 days of purchase.
