Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused epoxy resins or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged or leaked during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our fulfillment center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to verify they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
